Job description

Job purpose

• Gain a 360° view of market financial performance, business analytics, and profitability dynamics.
• Support the business through performance monitoring and evaluation of strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with experienced Finance professionals and contribute to key planning and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the monthly and quarterly update of reporting packages, with a focus on product profitability analysis.
• Prepare and monitor monthly accruals.
• Develop profitability simulations for business projects and commercial initiatives.
• Support the integration and analysis of Net Sales data and statistics.
• Contribute to forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Support the management and monitoring of overhead cost centers.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions.

What We Are Looking For

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Management Engineering, or related fields (recent graduates or students close to graduation).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluency in both Italian and English.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interest in Finance, Controlling, and Business Performance Management within an FMCG environment.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
