Business Development Manager – Interior Fit-Out

📍 UAE | Full-time, In-person

Salary: AED 8,000–10,000 + Commission

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager to generate new opportunities and secure interior fit-out and turnkey projects across the UAE.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out, joinery, construction, or turnkey projects

• Strong network with consultants, architects, developers, and corporate clients

• Proven track record of winning projects and achieving sales targets
• Experience in tenders, prequalification, BOQs, and RFPs
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• UAE driving licence is mandatory
