Our client is a well-established international wealth management firm seeking ambitious, commercially driven individuals to join its growing Business Development team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will follow a structured development programme with full sponsorship towards the CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma, providing a clear pathway into a Private Wealth Adviser position within approximately 2–3 years.

The Opportunity

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging internationally based professionals and high-net-worth individuals, introducing the firm's wealth management services and arranging appointments for experienced advisers.

This is a consultative business development role where your success will directly contribute to your future progression into an advisory career.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify prospective international clients.
Develop new business opportunities through telephone, email and LinkedIn outreach.
Introduce prospective clients to the firm's wealth management services.
Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for Private Wealth Advisers.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Work towards individual business development targets.
Study towards the CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma, fully sponsored by the company.

About You

We're looking for motivated individuals who possess:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive and commercially minded approach.
Experience within sales, recruitment, business development or another target-driven environment (preferred).
Confidence speaking with senior professionals and high-net-worth individuals.
Strong research skills and experience using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
An interest in financial markets, investing and wealth management.
The ambition to develop into a qualified financial adviser.
