Business Development Manager (Thailand)

We are looking for a highly driven and commercially minded professional to join us as a Business Development Manager at Integrity Thailand . This role is ideal for a true sales hunter, someone who thrives on identifying opportunities, building relationships, opening new doors, and converting prospects into long-term business partnerships, while also strengthening and expanding relationships with our valued existing clients. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and winning prospective clients. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, strategic negotiator, and results-oriented deal maker who enjoys taking ownership and making a visible impact. Key Responsibilities: Identification of prospects, canvassing and cold calling to set meetings with potential customers Networking by attending events, conferences, seminars, cocktails etc. Prepare sales presentations to prospective clients Prepare proposals/quotations according to the client's needs and objectives Negotiate the terms of an agreement to close sales Identify market demand, understand market trends, bench-marking Contribute to business development by developing partnerships Renew existing clients Develop current system related to prospects, sales and account management Coordinate and collaborate with other divisions related to Sales activities Deliver agreed sales targets. Requirements: Fluency in English both spoken and written Fluency in Japanese (speaking & writing) is a big advantage, with minimum N2 certification Foreigners (non-Thai) are welcome to apply. Must be willing to work on-site, visa will be sponsored.
