OneByOne Creative Agency is looking for a confident and commercially driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to help us acquire new clients and support the agency’s own marketing activities.
Your responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential clients in Dubai
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Book and attend qualified client meetings
• Present our services and support proposal preparation
• Follow up consistently and help convert opportunities into paying clients
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM
• Support case studies, LinkedIn content and agency marketing campaigns
What we’re looking for:
• Strong spoken and written English
• Previous experience in B2B sales, business development or marketing
• Confident communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable with cold outreach and performance targets
• Highly organised, proactive and consistent with follow-ups
• Agency, real estate or professional-services experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of CRM platforms and Canva is beneficial
• Must currently be based in Dubai
This is a sales-focused role for someone who takes initiative, creates opportunities and wants their income to grow through performance.
