Iperium is recruiting Dutch speakers for Business Development Representative (BDR) and Renewals Specialist opportunities within a global cybersecurity and enterprise technology business building its multilingual commercial team in Dublin.

The opportunities

• Business Development: Research target accounts, engage decision-makers and qualify new opportunities through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and partner engagement.
• Renewals: Manage upcoming subscription renewals, work with customers and partners to retain business, and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Across both teams, work closely with sales colleagues and partners, maintain accurate CRM records and deliver against commercial targets.

What we’re looking for

• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, renewals or customer success.
• Confident communication skills, a commercial mindset and an organised approach.
• Technology, SaaS or cybersecurity experience would be an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate from the Netherlands and work onsite in Dublin.

You will work from the Dublin office, initially fully onsite, with hybrid working planned once the team is established and momentum is building.
