About the Role

Join a Series A applied AI data company as a Business Recruiter, driving full-cycle hiring across business and operations. You will partner with recruiting and executive leaders to build the teams that support the company's growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing for strategic projects, operations, and go-to-market roles.

• Build proactive pipelines of high-caliber candidates from finance, consulting, private equity, technology, and other rigorous business environments.

• Partner with recruiting and executive leaders to define hiring profiles, prioritize searches, and run structured interview processes.

• Improve recruiting infrastructure, including scorecards, interview rubrics, sourcing approaches, and offer processes.

• Track funnel metrics, evaluate conversion at each stage, and refine recruiting strategies based on results.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with 4 to 7 or more years preferred, across both agency and in-house environments.

• Experience owning full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close, including in a high-growth startup environment.

• Experience building pipelines for finance, consulting, private equity, operations, or go-to-market roles.

• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

• Familiarity with recruiting systems and sourcing tools is useful; no specific tools are required.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California.
