About the Role

Join a fast-growing applied AI company as a Business Recruiter, driving full-cycle hiring across business and operations functions. You will partner with recruiting leadership and executives to bring in talent that supports the company's growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing for roles across strategic projects, operations, and go-to-market.

• Build proactive talent pipelines among candidates from finance, consulting, private equity, and technology backgrounds.

• Work with recruiting leadership and executives to define candidate profiles, prioritize searches, and run structured interview processes.

• Develop and improve recruiting tools and processes, including scorecards, interview rubrics, sourcing workflows, and offer strategies.

• Track funnel metrics and conversion rates, then use them to improve recruiting outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with 4 to 7 or more years preferred, across both agency and in-house environments.

• Experience owning full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close, ideally at a high-growth startup around Series A or Series B.

• Background hiring for finance, consulting, private equity, or similarly rigorous business and operations roles.

• Ability to build pipelines for senior business, trading, or go-to-market talent.

• Strong communication skills, high initiative, and comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

• Experience with recruiting platforms and sourcing tools.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $150,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California, United States.
