About the Role

Join a growing applied AI company as a Business Recruiter, driving full-cycle hiring across business and operations functions. You will partner with recruiting leadership and executives to build teams supporting strategic projects, operations, and go-to-market work.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for business and operations roles, from sourcing and screening through interviews and offer close.

• Build proactive pipelines of candidates with backgrounds in finance, consulting, private equity, technology, and operationally rigorous roles.

• Partner with recruiting leadership and executives to define hiring profiles, prioritize searches, and run structured interview processes.

• Improve recruiting infrastructure, including scorecards, interview rubrics, sourcing tools, and offer processes.

• Track funnel metrics, assess conversion at each stage, and refine recruiting approaches based on results.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with 4 to 7 or more years preferred.

• Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting environments, including corporate in-house experience.

• A track record of owning full-cycle searches from sourcing through close, particularly at high-growth startups.

• Experience building pipelines for finance, consulting, private equity, technology, or business operations talent.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with founders and business leaders.

• High initiative, strong work ethic, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $150,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California.
