Business Recruiter

About the Role

Join a fast-growing AI company as a Business Recruiter, driving full-cycle hiring across business and operations functions. You will partner with recruiting and executive leaders to build the talent pipelines and hiring practices that support the company's growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for strategic projects, operations, and go-to-market roles, from sourcing through offer close.

• Build proactive pipelines of candidates from finance, consulting, private equity, and technology backgrounds.

• Partner with recruiting and executive leaders to define hiring profiles, prioritize searches, and run structured interview processes.

• Improve recruiting infrastructure, including scorecards, interview rubrics, sourcing tools, and offer processes.

• Track funnel metrics, assess stage-by-stage conversion, and refine recruiting approaches.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with 4 to 7 or more years preferred.

• Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting, including corporate recruiting experience.

• A track record of owning full-cycle searches, from sourcing through closing, in high-growth startup environments.

• Experience building pipelines for senior business, finance, consulting, private equity, or go-to-market talent.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with executives and business leaders.

• High agency, strong work ethic, and comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California.
