Some production leadership roles ask you to keep an established operation running. This one gives you the chance to help build the team and operating culture from the ground up.

We’re looking for a hands-on Business Unit Leader to take ownership of converting operations across multiple shifts and lead a large production team.

You’ll have a voice in how the operation takes shape: developing supervisors, building a safety-first culture, establishing strong daily routines, and driving the quality and efficiency needed for a successful launch. You’ll work closely with maintenance and other plant leaders on equipment reliability, production trials, and continuous improvement.

You may be a strong fit if you bring:

A bachelor’s degree and converting experience — both are required.
At least 10 years in production, including 5 years in production management.
A track record of leading large teams across multiple shifts, ideally in consumer products or high-speed manufacturing.
The ability to coach people, make sound decisions on the floor, and turn performance goals into action.
Experience with project management, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methods.
