Responsibilities: · Make outbound calls to new and existing customers from warm leads. · Engage with each customer and update call logs and dispositions accurately. · Reach out to previous customers for new sales opportunities. · Meet or exceed daily call volume and production goals. · Build rapport and urgency to persuade new customers to schedule a free in-home estimate. · NO COLD CALLS!
