Role Overview:
We are hiring Ukrainian-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a multinational enterprise located in Portugal.
Core Responsibilities:
Handle and resolve client queries across various channels, including live chat, email, and telephone.
Deliver polite, transparent, and highly professional assistance to all users.
Supply precise answers focused on effectively resolving the customer's needs.
Accurately log and maintain records of all client communications within our internal database.
Consistently uphold the company's service benchmarks and quality expectations.
Work cross-functionally with global team members as situations require.
Previous background in customer support is entirely optional.
Candidate Requirements:
Possess native or fluent (C1-C2) proficiency in the Ukrainian language.
Demonstrate an intermediate or advanced grasp of English (minimum B1 level).
Are fully prepared to relocate to and work from Portugal.
Have a dependable, driven personality with a strong willingness to acquire new skills.
Feel comfortable and thrive in a highly diverse, international workplace.
Hold EU citizenship, a legal Portuguese work permit, or active temporary protection status in Portugal.
What We Provide:

Between 975 € and 1200 €.
