Position Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring a Capital Engineer / Food Manufacturing on behalf of our client, a food and agricultural company, for its Eddyville, Iowa facility. The position sits within the client’s Food Enterprise, which serves food manufacturers, food service customers, and retailers with innovative ingredients and branded products; its portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate. This is a full-time position with a base salary of $100,000 to $110,000, and relocation assistance is available. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Job Purpose and Impact

The Capital Engineer will plan and support capital project engineering deliverables for the company’s Eddyville, Iowa facility.

In this role, you will be primarily focused on small to medium sized capital projects from design to startup, while overseeing construction management and documentation.

Job Accountabilities

• Lead the development of capital project scope, schedule and project management deliverables and best practices.
• Coordinate staffing and development of construction, commissioning and start-up plans.
• Lead equipment specification and procurement and develop, review and award bid packages for equipment and labor.
