As part of its continued growth and expansion strategy, and in preparation for the planned opening of a new operational base at Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP), La Compagnie is currently seeking qualified and motivated Captains to join its Airbus A321 fleet.

This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding airline renowned for its all-Business Class transatlantic operations.

Selection Process :

The selection days will be held in Milan on November 30 and December 1, 2026.

Pre-selected candidates will be contacted by phone starting November 18, 2026.

During this call, they will be informed of their assigned interview time slot.

Prior to the motivation interview, candidates will be required to complete a technical knowledge assessment.

Only candidates who achieve a score of 80% or above will proceed to the motivation interview.

Candidates who are successful at the motivation interview will be invited to attend a simulator assessment, which will take place in Paris on December 9, 10, or 11, 2026.

Start date : February 2027.

Selected candidates must hold a valid Airbus A320 Type Rating (A320 TR) at the time of joining.

Profil recherché

Licences and Qualifications :

• Must hold a valid ATPL or a valid CPL with frozen ATPL.
• Must hold a valid Instrument Rating (IR) / Multi-Engine (ME) aeroplane rating.
• Must hold a valid Airbus A320 Type Rating.
• Must hold a valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate compliant with Part-MED requirements.

Flight Experience :

• Minimum 5,000 total flight hours on CS-25 aircraft.
• Minimum 2,500 flight hours in airline operations.
• Minimum 500 flight hours on Airbus aircraft, including Airbus Fly-by-Wire (FBW) experience.
• Minimum 500 flight hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC), preferably on the A320 Family (A32F).
• Minimum 500 flight hours in long-haul operations, on routes exceeding 3,000 NM.

Language Requirements :

• English Language Proficiency : Minimum ICAO Level 5.
• Italian Language Proficiency: Minimum ICAO Level 4.
• Proficiency in French would be considered an asset.

Background, Eligibility & Additional requirements :

• No history of accidents or incidents.
• No criminal record or security restrictions.
• Must be legally entitled to live and work in Italy.
• Applicants holding a valid U.S. entry visa will be given favorable consideration.
