- Process cash, card and digital payments, refunds and deposits with complete accuracy
- Run end-of-day reconciliation in line with company standards and UAE regulations
- Manage queues and keep the station clean, organised and ready
- Work with the floor team so the guest journey from arrival to exit feels seamless
- Previous experience in accounts is essential
- Comfortable with systems and digital tools
- Fluent English; Arabic or a second European language is an advantage
