Central Resource Unit : The Central Resource Unit provides dedicated support to our casual workforce between 7am to 10pm Monday to Sunday Quality of Life: Review and accept shifts with ease through ShiftMatch Paid Education: To complete Mandatory Face to Face Training Friendly Voice: Be looked after by a dedicated team that is driven to get to know you What You’ll Be Doing: Providing expert midwifery care to postnatal mothers and newborns, including advice on feeding, baby care, and maternal recovery. Monitoring and assessing the health and wellbeing of both mother and baby, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively. Ensuring a seamless, patient-centered experience through collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Role-modeling empathy, compassion, and professionalism in your interactions with patients and families. Continuously enhancing your skills by participating in ongoing education and staying current with best practices in maternity care. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a Birth Suite and/or Postnatal ward A strong understanding of contemporary maternity and newborn care practices.
