Job Summary: RGH Global is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team in Abilene, TX. You'll play an integral role in managing goal-directed, patient-centered care during the Pre-Op and Recovery phases of cardiac procedures. Key Responsibilities: Manage preoperative and postoperative care for cardiac patients in both the Pre-Op and Recovery settings. Utilize the nursing process and primary nursing principles to ensure safe, effective care for patients. Provide education to patients and their families on procedure details, expectations, and recovery. Monitor and assess patients throughout their pre-op and recovery stages, ensuring comfort and safety. Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient charts and documentation. Follow safety and hospital guidelines to ensure optimal patient outcomes and regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications: Minimum Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, AD) Required Licenses/Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) CPR-BLS ACLS (must be completed within 12 months of hire) Preferred Skills & Knowledge: Strong clinical competence in cardiac or critical care nursing. Excellent communication and patient interaction skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
