Critical Care Registered Nurse (Night Shift) Location : Abilene, Texas Shift : Night Shift 36/48 hours per week Sign-On Bonus : $35,000 for Night Shifts RGH Care Bridge is seeking dedicated Critical Care Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in Abilene, Texas . Sign-On Bonus : $35,000 for Night Shift nurses. Overtime Pay : Earn 1.5x your hourly rate for additional hours worked. Role Overview As a Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) , you will be responsible for caring for adolescent and adult patients with life-threatening critical illnesses or injuries . Your duties include: Providing direct, hands-on care to critically ill patients. Collaborating with the healthcare team to assess and manage patient care plans . Monitoring vital signs and therapeutic equipment to ensure proper patient care. Responding promptly to emergency situations , making critical decisions in high-pressure environments. Maintaining patient confidentiality and ensuring accurate medical documentation . Qualifications Education : Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma or Associate Degree). Licenses & Certifications : Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. CPR-BCLS certification (required before orientation completion). ACLS certification (required before orientation completion). NIH Stroke Scale certification (required before orientation completion). Experience : Open to both new graduate nurses and experienced nurses . Shifts Available Night Shifts 36/48 hours per week.
