At KinderCare Learning Centers, we're not just opening a new center, we're creating a place where children, families, and educators can thrive. We're seeking a dynamic Early Education Director to lead the launch and growth of our newest center in Del Rio, Texas.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about early childhood education, community engagement, enrollment growth, and building high-performing teams from the ground up.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead the successful launch and operation of a brand-new KinderCare center

✅ Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of educators

✅ Drive enrollment growth through community partnerships and local engagement

✅ Manage center operations, budgeting, staffing, and compliance

✅ Ensure exceptional educational quality through curriculum leadership and teacher development

✅ Build strong relationships with families, businesses, and community organizations

✅ Represent KinderCare at community events, networking opportunities, and local outreach initiatives

What We're Looking For

✔ Proven leadership experience in early childhood education, preschool, childcare, or K-12 administration

✔ Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance

✔ Successful track record of building and developing teams

✔ Experience driving enrollment and family engagement

✔ Knowledge of state licensing regulations and educational compliance requirements

✔ Passion for creating exceptional learning environments for children and families
