Compensation & Benefits Earning Potential: Up to $100,000+ per year (based on certifications and performance) Relocation Bonus: $1,000 – $4,000 to support your move from Las Vegas Flat Rate Technician Pay Plan with strong hours available Full Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Flexible scheduling & paid holidays 401(k) with company match Paid training & factory certification programs Company-provided uniforms and tools support Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts Responsibilities (Automotive Technician / Mechanic Duties) Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy Diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive systems: engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, electrical systems Test-drive vehicles and operate diagnostic tools & special service equipment Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and customers about needed repairs and timing Perform warranty and factory repairs to Ford manufacturer specifications Maintain ASE certification standards and continue professional development Qualifications Ford Master Certified Technician strongly preferred ASE Certified Automotive Technician or ability to become ASE Certified Experience in a dealership service department or high-volume auto repair shop Strong diagnostic and leadership skills in a flat-rate technician environment Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop while maintaining quality work Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Why Cedar City Motor Company?
