We are looking for an energetic and leadership driven Indian Chefs who will oversee the entire kitchen operations, set up and menu development for Indian Restaurants based in South Autralia. Who you are: Passionate about creating delicious, innovative, and memorable plates that delight our guests Calm under pressure, and experienced maintaining high standards when under the pump Exceptional attention to detail, with exceptional presentation and plating skills Ambitious and keen to step up and make this role (and the menu) your own Have 5 years experience working in Indian restaurants with a specialty in North Indian (Vegetarian) dishes , with the relevant formal qualifications The role: Effectively and efficiently run our busy kitchen in-line with the restaurant standards Design, develop and implement innovative, memorable menu idea Sponsorship sponsorship available for the right candidate
