Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) – iGaming Game Studio

Own the commercial engine of a fast-scaling iGaming game studio.

Digital Hiring is retained by an international iGaming group with projects across Ukraine, Europe, and the USA to find the Chief Commercial Officer for its game studio. The studio builds iGaming products end to end and is expanding into new international markets. You will set the commercial direction, lead account management and business development, and be accountable for revenue growth.

Your mandate

• Build and execute the commercial strategy and roadmap, with clear milestones and metrics
• Lead and scale the partnership and account management teams
• Open new GEOs, verticals, and B2B channels
• Close and grow strategic partnerships with operators, aggregators, and affiliates
• Align Product, Marketing, Legal, and Operations around commercial goals
• Represent the studio at major industry events

You bring

• A proven record of commercial strategies that delivered growth
• Strong negotiation skills and experience closing high-level B2B deals
• Leadership presence and a data-driven approach to decisions
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
