What you'll own: The commercial growth strategy across every club location Membership acquisition, renewals and retention at scale Sales performance across multiple sites and channels, lifting conversion and team productivity Sales processes, KPIs and reporting structures Marketing for lead generation and member engagement Data-led commercial decisions, new revenue streams and partnerships What we're looking for: Strong commercial leadership, ideally in fitness, leisure, hospitality or wellness A track record of scaling revenue across multiple locations Someone ready to relocate from the UK to Zagreb, with relocation support potentially available A strategic thinker who is just as comfortable operating hands-on You only need to speak English.
