River Place Behavioral Health, part of Acadia Healthcare, is seeking a strategic, compassionate, and operationally strong Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead nursing practice and drive exceptional patient outcomes throughout our organization. About River Place Behavioral Health: River Place Behavioral Health is a 104-bed acute psychiatric hospital serving adolescents and adults across the greater New Orleans region. Located in LaPlace, Louisiana, our hospital provides state-of-the-art, evidence-based behavioral healthcare in a safe, therapeutic, and patient-centered environment. Your Impact as CNO: As Chief Nursing Officer, you will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for advancing nursing excellence, operational performance, and quality patient care. You'll receive support from: A collaborative and experienced local executive leadership team Corporate nursing leadership focused on mentorship and strategic partnership Dedicated recruiting resources to help build and retain top clinical talent Qualifications Active RN license (Louisiana or eligible for endorsement) Master's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience required 10+ years of nursing experience preferred Minimum six years of registered nursing experience required Behavioral health leadership experience strongly preferred Prior CNO or Director of Nursing experience strongly preferred Minimum two years behavioral health nursing experience in an inpatient setting required Minimum three years of progressive nursing management or administrative leadership experience required Ready to Lead the Future of Behavioral Health in Louisiana?
