Chief of Staff

Overview We are a fast-scaling AI company embedding AI agents into the industries that matter most, housing and healthcare, making essential services more efficient, accessible, and human. We recently closed a $250M Series E led by a top-tier venture firm to accelerate that mission, with a team of roughly 500 and growing. The Chief of Staff to the Chief Strategy Officer is a force multiplier role at a critical stage of growth, driving execution across the company's highest-priority strategic initiatives. You'll operate at the intersection of strategy, planning, new vertical development, and business development, working cross-functionally with executive leadership, product, operations, finance, and external partners. This is a front-row seat to company-level decision making, built for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks strategically, and executes relentlessly. Role Scope Partner directly with the CSO to define, prioritize, and drive the company's strategic roadmap, translating high-level strategy into clear plans, goals, and execution frameworks Lead strategic planning processes end to end, including annual planning, quarterly priorities, and executive reviews Track progress against strategic initiatives, proactively surfacing risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations Support the evaluation, launch, and scaling of new product lines and market verticals, informed by market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling Serve as the alignment point between strategy, product, and go-to-market teams, and prepare high-quality materials for executive meetings, board discussions, and external stakeholders Step in as an owner-operator on critical initiatives as needed, including helping attract top-tier talent to the team What You Bring 5–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or strategic operations at a high-growth startup A proven record of translating strategy into execution, driving cross-functional initiatives from framework to finish A sharp analytical toolkit: financial modeling, market research, competitive analysis, and comfort with Excel, SQL, and data analysis Executive-grade communication skills, including board-quality presentation materials and the judgment to represent leadership with external stakeholders An operator's mindset, you thrive in ambiguity, move fast without dropping quality, and take ownership without being asked Ability to work on-site five days a week in New York City (visa sponsorship available for transfers only)
