What You Will Do
- Lead, mentor and coordinate multiple Scrum teams and a community of Scrum Masters, fostering a servant-leadership culture.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, engineering teams and senior management on Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
- Facilitate cross-team coordination, dependency management and programme-level planning.
- Identify and mitigate risks, remove organisational impediments and maintain effective risk and dependency tracking.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Configuration Management processes, including version control, baselines, change control and traceability.
- Align Agile delivery with Systems Engineering activities, including requirements management, architecture, integration and verification.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and establish quality-focused Definitions of Done.
- Define, monitor and report Agile performance indicators, including team velocity, predictability, delivery performance and configuration compliance.
- Promote continuous improvement, risk-based testing and quality assurance across engineering teams.
- Coordinate with Product Management, Business Owners and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery.
- Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related technical field.
- More than 8 years of experience in Agile delivery, including at least 3 years as a Senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Proven experience leading or coaching at least 4 Scrum teams, or coordinating a Scrum-of-Scrums.
- Advanced knowledge of Scrum and SAFe, including coaching teams, Product Owners and senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Systems Engineering principles, lifecycle processes and requirements traceability.
- Experience managing programme-level dependencies, risks and organisational impediments.
- Strong knowledge of Jira, BigPicture and Atlassian tools.
- Experience defining and analysing Agile metrics, KPIs and delivery dashboards.
- Knowledge of Configuration Management, change control and software quality processes.
- Experience promoting system-level, acceptance and regression testing within Agile environments.
- Fluent English at professional negotiation level.
- German language skills.
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Git, Serena Dimensions or other Configuration Management tools.
- Experience collaborating with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines.
- Background in aerospace, defence, regulated industries or mission-critical systems.
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 15288, INCOSE or similar Systems Engineering frameworks.
