HealthOPM is recruiting a passionate Child & Adolescent Clinical Psychologist for a respected community mental health organization in Waterloo. This is an assessment-focused opportunity supporting children and adolescents with complex mental health, developmental and behavioural needs through comprehensive psychological assessment, evidence-based intervention and interdisciplinary collaboration. Working alongside an interdisciplinary team, you will support children and youth with complex mental health, behavioural, developmental and educational needs while partnering closely with caregivers, schools, physicians and community agencies to help guide treatment planning and long-term success. Your Impact · Complete comprehensive psychological assessments including cognitive, academic, adaptive and diagnostic evaluations, interpret findings and prepare detailed clinical reports. · Provide evidence-based therapy and consultation for children, adolescents and caregivers while helping inform treatment plans, school supports and community services. · Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers and community partners to coordinate care for children and youth with complex needs. · Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence through interdisciplinary collaboration, consultation, professional development and, where appropriate, supervision or knowledge sharing. What You'll Bring · Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. · Registered, eligible for registration, or currently in supervised practice with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. · Experience completing psychological assessments for children and adolescents or strong relevant residency/practicum training. · Commitment to child and youth mental health, compassionate family-centred care, and collaborative interdisciplinary practice.
