Job Title: Civil / Structural Engineer

Location: Tulsa, OK; Claremore, OK; or Rogers, AR Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 Base Salary

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Plan, develop, and direct engineering projects varying in size and complexity.

• Design Focus: Manage the design of site development, land development, and municipal infrastructure projects.

• Client Relations: Earn the confidence of clients by delivering elegant, practical, and timely engineering solutions.

• Collaboration: Work within a close-knit office environment to integrate civil design with other disciplines.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of civil or structural engineering experience.

• Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.

• Licensure: Must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license.

  • Note: Candidates without a PE who have an EIT and are working toward licensure will be considered. The firm will pay for exams to obtain licensure in Oklahoma or Arkansas if needed.

• Technical Skills: Experience with site development, land development, or municipal infrastructure is required.

• Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit is highly desired; experience with Civil 3D is a strong plus.
