Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Civil Engineers to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

📍 Locations include Augsburg and other sites across the country.

What you will do

• Lead investment projects in construction, real estate and facilities management (HOAI 1–9).

• Support budget planning and infrastructure investment initiatives.

• Coordinate contractors, consultants and engineering partners from concept to delivery.

• Monitor construction progress, quality, compliance and defect management.

• Manage projects, including budget control, scheduling and risk management.

• Interface with stakeholders and internal customers to ensure project alignment.

• Minimize production impact during construction activities.

• Prepare reports, documentation and lead project meetings.

• Ensure compliance with Airbus standards, safety and quality requirements.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Civil Engineering

• Relevant hands-on experience in SAP, Project Management

• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.

• B1/B2 German Level – mandatory.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
