Claims specialist in Brno, Czech Republic with French Language

What will you do?

• Manage and resolve customer claims with professionalism and fairness
• Investigate claims thoroughly and determine the appropriate course of action
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Analyze claim trends and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high quality standards

Candidate profile

• Fluent in French and English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken
• EU passport or residency permit in Czech Republic (no visa is provided)
• Previous experience in Finance & Accounting is mandatory
• Experience working with CRM systems or claims management software
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making

Relocation package:

Hotel accommodation can be provided for up to 2 weeks;

Travel costs are not covered

Salary level:

40 000 CZK/1650 EUR gross – base salary

1 500 CZK/60 EUR gross – language Bonus

2 000 CZK net (100 CZK for each day you work)/80 EUR net– meal allowance
