Team Overview The Intermediary Distribution Southeast Asia team is responsible for building and deepening relationships, and executing the firm’s distribution strategy with private banks, retail banks, insurance platforms, IFAs and wealth managers across Singapore, and Southeast Asia. The team represents the full Neuberger product suite across equities, fixed income, multi-asset, alternatives, and private market solutions. Role Summary We are seeking a motivated Associate / Senior Associate to join our Intermediary Distribution team in Singapore. Working closely with the team, the successful candidate will provide end-to-end sales support across the client lifecycle — from pipeline management and pitch preparation through to distributor onboarding, ongoing servicing and campaign execution. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to distribution partners and to investment, product, marketing, legal and compliance stakeholders across the region. Primary Responsibilities Sales Enablement and Client Coverage Support Handle inbound client and distributor queries on products, performance, share classes, fees and documentation, escalating as appropriate Coordinate with Product Specialists and Portfolio Management to source commentary, attribution and positioning updates for client requests Ensure the team has exemplary support in day-to-day client activity and strategic initiatives, including preparation of pitch books, product one-pagers, RFP/DDQ input and tailored follow-up materials Prepare pre-meeting briefing packs (holdings, flows, performance, prior discussion points) and circulate meeting notes and action items post-meeting Client and Flow Analytics Maintain and interrogate flow, AUM and sales-activity data by distributor, channel, product and market; produce monthly dashboards for the SEA team Track redemption risk indicators, concentration by distributor and progress against annual sales targets; flag deviations early Support the annual business planning cycle with client segmentation, wallet-share analysis and prioritisation of target accounts Supports and maintenance of business reports and presentation CRM and Governance Act as an owner of the CRM: maintain accuracy of data and ensure data integrity in CRM; helps to log meetings, opportunities and pipeline stages where relevant and needed; produce activity/pipeline reporting for management Maintain distributor contact maps, approved product lists and platform availability records across SEA markets Distributor Onboarding and Documentation Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new distribution partners, coordinating KYC, distribution agreement execution, and legal/compliance sign-off with internal stakeholders Maintain the distribution agreement register and rebate/trailer fee schedules in coordination with Finance and Operations Track fund registration, product availability and local marketing-material requirements across SEA jurisdictions, working with Legal, Compliance and Product Marketing, Events and Campaign Execution Customise and localise marketing collateral, obtain compliance approval and manage version control and distribution Organise and execute client events, roadshows, training sessions and webinars — including logistics, invitations, RSVP tracking, speaker coordination and post-event follow-up Support distributor training programmes and product launches across the region Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline 3–7 years' relevant experience in asset management, private banking, wealth management or financial services sales support / client service; candidates with strong transferable skills and less experience will be considered at Associate level Working knowledge of mutual funds / UCITS structures, share classes, and multi-asset product sets across equities, fixed income, alternatives and private market solutions Familiarity with the Southeast Asia intermediary landscape strongly preferred Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and BI/reporting tools an advantage CMFAS Modules (as applicable for licensing), CFA or CAIA progress viewed favourably Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language capability is an advantage Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive self-starter comfortable managing multiple deadlines across time zones Strong team orientation with the ability to work independently and build credibility with senior internal and external stakeholders Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
