What we offer* 3 days home office opportunity and flexible working hours Private health care coverage including dental services (Medicare) Eyeglasses compensation Collective life and accident insurance Wide range of Cafeteria elements (such as SZÉP Card, MOL Bubi, MOL Limo) Annual bonus may be awarded based on your and the Firm’s performance iPhone14 with subscription Referral bonus Internal coaching opportunity Sports opportunities and All You Can Move sportpass availability Compensation for long-distance commutes (for those who commute to work from outside the city limits) Relocation support for foreign candidates 3 paid days for volunteering and CSR activities In-depth professional training from beginner to advanced level Opportunity to participate in English and Hungarian language courses Key Responsibilities Your main responsibility will be to support the knowledge transfer and onboarding process of the new clients with the following tasks: Manage legal registration and takeover processes during the Client Onboarding period and ensure the delivery of legal documents to the respective Tax Authorities Collaborate with the internal teams and third-party service providers (including local member firms, fiscal representatives, and translators) Be in contact with the clients, participate on client calls and meetings Proactively address client’s legal questions and queries to delivery teams, client managers and Transition Project Managers Take ownership of the VAT registration and takeover transition processes Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all legal documents Request and collect legal information and documents directly from clients and prepare documents to be submitted to the Tax Authorities Ensure proper handover of client information and documents to KGSH internal teams Maintain and improve respective processes and templates as per the country-specific legal requirements Requirements Fluent English language knowledge both in written and spoken Strong confidence in client communication and relationship management Ability to identify potential problems and issues Effective and confident communication skills and client orientation Precision, reliability and proactive personality Can-do attitude, confident personality Team player at heart *Elements should be in line with company guidelines and policies.
