Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, as Client Portfolio Specialist for Off Plan Properties and Resale Properties -Open to All, Based in Abu Dhabi , with a focus on Russian, Chinese, Spanish, and Arabic-speaking clients.

The specialist will support buyers, sellers, and tenants throughout the property transaction process, including property tours, consultations, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

Daily responsibilities include managing property listings, responding to client inquiries, conducting market research, and maintaining accurate records in company systems.

The role also involves collaborating with sales, leasing, marketing, and customer service teams to meet performance targets, enhance client satisfaction, and promote PSI’s portfolio.

The specialist will represent PSI professionally in the local and international market, ensuring clear communication and culturally aware interactions with a diverse client base.

With a highly skilled team across various departments, PSI delivers a professional and seamless real estate experience.

Role Description :

This full-time on-site role, primarily on commission basis ,based in Abu Dhabi, is for a Property Advisor specializing in the primary market and off-plan projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise local and international clients on residential properties and investment opportunities across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Identify client requirements, qualify leads, and recommend suitable properties based on their goals and budget.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of buyers and investors through company leads, referrals, networking, prospecting, and digital channels.
• Conduct property consultations, presentations, and viewings.
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions from initial enquiry through successful completion.
• Develop long-term relationships with investors, high-net-worth individuals, and international clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, new developments, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Build a strong professional presence and use social media to expand networks and generate leads.
• Ensure all client interactions and transactions follow relevant regulatory and company requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, listings, marketing, mortgage, and support teams to provide a smooth client experience.
