About Vault Wills

Vault Wills (vaultwills.io) is a digital will-drafting and registration platform for UAE residents, built by Vault Wealth Group. It gives expatriates and UAE nationals a clear, guided route to a legally valid will, with drafting and registration delivered through licensed legal partners across the ADJD and DIFC pathways. The platform is live, early distribution partnerships are signed, and we are now building the commercial engine to scale it.

The role

This is the first dedicated commercial hire for Vault Wills. You will own the partnerships and business development function end to end: identifying channels, structuring commercial terms, closing partners, and turning signed agreements into completed wills. It is a builder role with no team beneath it initially, working directly with the group’s leadership and the legal partners who deliver the product.

The largest opportunity is corporate: positioning Vault Wills as an employee benefit for UAE employers, on both employer-sponsored and voluntary-benefit models, and working with HR, Total Rewards and employee-benefits brokers to roll it out at scale. Beyond corporates, you will build the referral and co-marketing network across real estate, mortgage, insurance, relocation and professional-services channels.

What you will do

• Build and own the partnerships pipeline across corporate employers, employee-benefits brokers, insurers, real estate developers and brokers, mortgage advisers, relocation and PRO firms, private banks, EAMs and law firms.
• Design and negotiate commercial structures: volume-tiered corporate pricing, voluntary-benefit programmes, referral and revenue-share agreements, co-branded offers.
• Take corporate deals from first conversation through procurement, legal and launch, then drive employee uptake through internal comms and enrolment campaigns.
• Set and report against activation and conversion targets: partners signed, partners live, wills completed per channel.
• Work with the legal partners to align pricing tiers, capacity and turnaround with what you sell.
• Represent Vault Wills at HR, benefits, real estate and expat-community events; build the brand’s presence in the UAE corporate market.
• Feed partner and client insight back into product, pricing and marketing. You will work closely with marketing on channel content and campaigns but are not expected to own brand or performance marketing.

What you bring

• 3–5+ years in B2B or B2B2C sales, partnerships or channel development in the UAE, with a track record of closing and activating corporate or intermediary partnerships, not just signing MoUs.
• Direct experience selling into HR, Total Rewards or employee-benefits functions, or through brokers and intermediaries, in sectors such as group insurance, employee benefits, corporate wellness, HR-tech, legaltech or fintech.
• An established network across UAE employers and intermediaries, ideally spanning DIFC, ADGM and mainland.
• Comfort structuring commercial terms and reading a P&L: you understand that discount capacity is a function of unit economics.
• Self-direction. You will build the playbook rather than follow one, and you are comfortable reporting on hard numbers.
• Fluent English. Arabic is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience launching or scaling an employee-benefit or voluntary-benefit product.
• Familiarity with UAE wills, estate planning or the expat financial-planning landscape.
• Experience and proficiency in the use of AI tools and models to optimize for business growth and scalability.
