A community healthcare facility near Holyoke, Colorado is seeking a Clinic Manager to join its leadership team!
Pay: $72,500 - $125,000 / annually
Clinic Manager Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
- Monday through Friday schedule

Clinic Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain clinical and operational policies and procedures
- Provide clinical coverage as needed to support patient care operations
- Assist with budget development, expenditure monitoring, and financial management
- Support efficient clinic operations while ensuring quality patient care standards
Clinic Manager Qualifications:
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting required
- Active Colorado RN license or Compact RN license required
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
- Experience with clinical workflows and staff oversight preferred
