Cuyahoga and Lorain County Opportunities $2,000-$4,000 Sign-on/Retention Bonus Opportunities for monthly and bi-annual performance bonuses Full-time, Year-round position Paid vacation days in addition to sick and personal days, and 11 company holidays Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (health insurance options available for a variety of personal situations and budgets; free health care option) 401(k) retirement plan Mileage, cell phone, tuition reimbursement, and up to $1,000 relocation assistance Free LSW, PCC and MFT supervision toward independent licensure Free Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) to maintain licensure Education and Licensure: Bachelor’s Degree or higher LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT or similar Essential Responsibilities (others may be assigned: Lead interdisciplinary team to assess treatment at more than one school and coordinate care Conduct thorough psychiatric diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate level of treatment Develop client-focused treatment plans Provide mental health services to at-risk children and adolescents with mental health diagnoses Complete daily progress notes and other Medicaid documentation within proper timeframes Triage and coordinate the mental health needs of clients and schools Qualifications: Desire to work a team approach with at-risk youth and families and value diversity and inclusion Ability to learn and use computer software applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills * Beech Brook is an equal opportunity employer and a place where people are proud to work.
