About You
Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
At least 3 years FTE post-registration experience and demonstrated competence in nursing practice.
Demonstrated experience working with First Nations people, communities and extended families.
Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills, with ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritise workloads, lead less experienced staff and support culturally appropriate care.
