We are one of NC’s only non-profit ABA providers, which means we emphasize quality above billable hours and have created a team culture that is both client and clinician focused. As a non-profit, we are able to offer BCBAs and families a truly individualized experience that is focused on quality. Our caseloads cap at 8 clients and we don't hold families to any extreme service minimums, like 30-40 hours/week. Responsibilities: Design behavioral interventions and intensive ABA programming using appropriate assessments, protocols, formats, and professional standards. Provide training and consultation as needed. CEU, certification and licensure reimbursement Work from home when not supervising clients $2,500 relocation bonus available Pay: base salary from $80,000-$95,000, attainable bonus that could exceed $20,000 Location and Schedule: In home; No clients after 5:30 Qualifications BCBA : The individual must hold a certification and/or license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst through the BACB (Behavior Analysis Certification Board); licensure through the NC BALB.
