You will work alongside behavior analysts, therapists, educators, medical providers, families, and caregivers to develop a clearer understanding of each person’s needs and create recommendations that can make a practical difference in their daily life. What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive psychological and diagnostic assessments Develop individualized, evidence-based recommendations and interventions Communicate evaluation results clearly and compassionately to individuals, families, and caregivers Collaborate with behavior analysts, therapists, educators, medical providers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team Provide individual, family, or group therapeutic services based on program and client needs Participate in early-intervention and neurodevelopmental services Provide clinical consultation, training, and supervision to staff as assigned Support the development of pre-doctoral interns and postdoctoral psychologists Maintain professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards in all clinical services Schedule, Location, and Pay Employment type: Full-time Schedule: Monday–Friday Location: On-site in Springfield, Missouri Salary: $109,000–$145,000 annually, based on relevant experience and qualifications Sign-on bonus: $10,000 for eligible full-time new hires Relocation: Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
