Alenia Consulting is recruiting Cloud Support Infrastructure Administrators to join a Wealth Management Application Production Support (APS) team within a major international banking environment.

We particularly welcome applications from professionals based in Portugal, Poland, Romania and other European countries who are open to working in Lisbon.

📍 LOCATION & CONTRACT

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Working model: Hybrid
• Contract: Permanent Portuguese employment contract
• Probation period: Typically 6 months
• Project duration: 2 years
• Experience: 5+ years
• Working language: English

💰 SALARY & BENEFITS

• Gross annual salary: €40,000–€45,000 for DevOps (Cloud) Support profiles, depending on expertise and experience
• Additional bonus component

🎯 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide L1/L2 Application Production Support for Wealth Management IT Data Platforms
• Manage production incidents, service requests and troubleshooting within agreed SLAs
• Analyze Linux, middleware and application logs
• Monitor production infrastructure, availability and performance
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and Terraform scripts
• Work with Kubernetes, Docker and Cloud environments
• Support CI/CD processes and infrastructure automation
• Participate in Disaster Recovery and Live Play activities
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure and APS teams
• Maintain operational documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer
• Participate in shift, on-call, weekend and public-holiday rotations within a 24/7 support organization

🛠️ YOUR TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

• Linux / RHEL, Shell Scripting
• Kubernetes and Docker
• Ansible and Terraform
• Python and/or Bash
• AWS, Azure, GCP or IBM Cloud
• CI/CD: Jenkins, Travis or Concourse
• Production monitoring and troubleshooting
• PL/SQL and Dynatrace
• ITIL practices

👤 YOUR BACKGROUND

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years in IT Operations, Application Support or Software Engineering
• At least 2 years of hands-on Cloud experience
• At least 2 years of practical Ansible/Docker experience
• Experience in L1/L2 production support
• Banking or financial services experience is a strong advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Comfortable working in a production support environment with on-call rotations
• Currently based in Europe and willing to relocate to Lisbon if required

🎓 Certifications such as CKAD, Red Hat Ansible, Terraform Associate or Vault Associate are highly valued.
