CNC Machinists- Relocation within US provided

We are looking for experienced CNC Machinists (Multiple roles across shifts) to join a team working with advanced multi-axis machining technology and manufacturing precision medical device components.

Equipment Experience:

Mazak Integrex, Mazak Variaxis 5-Axis, Star Swiss-Type CNC Lathes, Haas, Okuma, Mori Seiki, Citizen, Tsugami, DMG Mori, Makino, or similar equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Select tooling and adjust machine offsets.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers.
• Maintain tight tolerances and troubleshoot machining issues.
• Support production efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to independently set up and operate CNC equipment.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of feeds, speeds, tooling, offsets, and machining fundamentals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Experience:

• Mazak machines and Mazatrol controls.
• Swiss-style CNC lathes.
• Multi-axis machining.
• Medical device, aerospace, or defense manufacturing.
• Tight-tolerance precision machining.

Location : West Chester, PA (On-site) | Relocation accepted from nearby states

Salary : $22.00 - $30.00 per hour + shift differentials (2nd: +15%, 3rd: +30%)
