This person needs to have a Mechanical background and been on the shop floor with experience with CNC machines. This is NOT a programming or operator job, but you must understand the CNC machine process.

- Mechanical Engineering Degree or similar work experience
- Solidworks or some 3D Modeling Experience.
- Tight tolerances strongly preferred (medical or military)
