Colon and Rectal Surgeon

The Mayo Clinic in Florida is seeking to hire a full-time Colon and Rectal Surgeon.

This individual would join a busy academic, tertiary care practice in the Division of Colon and Rectal Surgery as a junior partner. In addition to a busy clinical practice, the division provides educational opportunities with the Mayo Clinic General Surgery residency program. An academic appointment on the faculty of Mayo Clinical College of Medicine is required of division members, and candidates eligible for Instructor/Assistant/Associate professor status will be considered.

License/Certification: Candidates should be Board Certified in General Surgery, and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Colon and Rectal Surgery. Advanced skills in minimally invasive colorectal surgery, complex pelvic surgery/inflammatory bowel disease, and an interest in research are highly desirable.
