What Will You Do?

As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you'll maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation systems while providing dependable service to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment.
• Identifying and recommending solutions that improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Communicating professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Following safe work practices and maintaining accurate service documentation.

Your assignments and responsibilities will reflect your experience and qualifications, with opportunities to take on more advanced work as your skills develop.

What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications:

• Foundational knowledge of HVAC systems, service, or mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
• Commitment to safe work practices and quality service.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.

Additional Experience & Certifications We Value:

• Commercial or industrial HVAC service experience.
• Experience with large rooftop units or specialized HVAC systems.
• Building automation systems (BAS) and commercial controls.
• Advanced electrical and mechanical diagnostics.
• VRF systems, VRV systems, and manufacturer-specific training.

Advanced qualifications are not required for every applicant. We welcome developing technicians with a strong foundation as well as experienced professionals with specialized capabilities.
