Join our Raymond Team as a Commercial Leader, Aftermarket Parts Growth!

The Role:

The Commercial Leader, Aftermarket Parts Growth is responsible for developing and executing the national commercial strategy for the company's aftermarket parts business. This leadership role drives revenue growth, profitability, market share expansion, and customer retention across the company-owned dealer network while leading the Parts Sales, Product Management, and Pricing functions.

Partnering closely with Dealer Operations, Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Executive Leadership, this individual will develop growth strategies, optimize the product portfolio, enhance pricing effectiveness, and strengthen commercial execution to deliver exceptional customer value and sustainable business results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute national strategies to drive aftermarket parts revenue, profitability, market share, and customer growth.
  • Lead the Parts Sales, Product Management, and Pricing teams while building a high-performing, customer-focused organization.
  • Partner with dealer leadership to improve commercial performance, sales effectiveness, customer retention, and operational excellence across company-owned locations.
  • Develop product portfolio and pricing strategies that maximize profitability while meeting evolving customer needs.
  • Utilize market intelligence, customer insights, and business analytics to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead annual business planning, forecasting, and performance management through key commercial and financial metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align inventory, product availability, pricing, sales execution, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices that strengthen the aftermarket business and support long-term enterprise growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in aftermarket parts, distribution, product management, pricing, sales leadership, or related commercial functions.
  • 5+ years leading managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success driving growth and profitability within a multi-location distribution, dealership, or branch network.
  • Strong strategic, financial, analytical, and commercial leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive influence skills.

What Sets You Apart:

  • MBA or advanced business degree.
  • Experience in the material handling, industrial equipment, automotive, construction, agricultural, or related industries.
  • Experience leading national commercial organizations with responsibility for sales, pricing, and product management.
  • P&L leadership and knowledge of aftermarket operations, inventory management, and digital commerce.

Where and When You’ll Work:

  • This is an in-person role located at our East Syracuse, Parts Distribution Center —ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
  • Travel will be required.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary - $107,380 - $133,298 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.

Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
