Commercial Project Manager – Germany | Airbus Projects

Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Commercial Project Managers to join our on-site teams in Germany and support long-term projects with Airbus.

📍 Locations: Hamburg, Immenstaad and other sites across the country.
⏰ Working hours: 35 hours per week
💰 Salary: €50,000 to €65,000 gross per year, plus additional benefits and collective agreement payments
📄 Contract: Permanent German employment contract

What you will do

• Full commercial project management throughout the project lifecycle

• Cost structuring and controlling (WBS/CBS) in close cooperation with project management

• Commercial planning in SAP, including monitoring of sales, costs, and cash flow

• Preparation and analysis of financial reports and KPIs, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities

• Support of project teams with commercial insights and recommendations to achieve program targets

• Management of invoicing and incoming payments to ensure project liquidity

• Preparation of cost calculations and commercial offers

• Participation in commercial negotiations with customers and stakeholders

• Development of business cases to assess new products and strategic initiatives

What we are looking for

• Degree in Controlling, Business Administration or a related technical field

• Experience in: Commercial Project Management, SAP, Cost Controlling, Financial Analysis

• English B2/C1, mandatory

• German B1/B2 is a plus

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country
