Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Commercial Sales & Leasing Investment Advisors to manage commercial property transactions across Dubai, including office spaces, retail units, warehouses, industrial properties, commercial buildings, and investment assets.

This is a commission-only opportunity for ambitious professionals who thrive in a relationship-driven, high-performance environment and are committed to delivering exceptional advisory services to investors, landlords, tenants, developers, and corporate clients.

You will manage the complete transaction lifecycle, from business development and client acquisition to negotiations and successful transaction completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and secure commercial properties for both sale and lease.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, landlords, tenants, developers, and corporate clients.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and strategic relationship building.
• Conduct commercial property valuations, rental assessments, and market analysis.
• Arrange and conduct property inspections, client meetings, and investment consultations.
• Negotiate commercial sales and leasing transactions while delivering the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Manage the complete transaction process from enquiry through contract execution and successful completion.
• Maintain accurate records within the Company's CRM system.
• Deliver exceptional client service while achieving individual business targets.
• Represent THE AMMARA with professionalism, integrity, and commercial market expertise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Dubai's commercial real estate market.
• Experience in both commercial sales and leasing is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial investment opportunities and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are mandatory.
• Comfortable working within a commission-only, performance-driven environment.
