KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute aggressive sales techniques to maximize conversions: High-volume calling, Rapid follow‑ups,Persistent pipeline chasing, Strong objection handling, Closing with confidence
• Supervise your own center secretary and maintain high daily productivity though custom build CRM.
• Identify client mortgage needs (pre‑approval, refinancing, buyout, new purchase)
• Pre‑qualify leads based on income, employment, and property criteria
• Explain essential mortgage concepts (DVR, pre‑approval, bank criteria)
• Able to do talk shows on television, radio, podcast reels on social media.
• Coordinate with the in-house experienced underwriter team and processing team to ensure smooth file movement so the client receives the best customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 year of UAE experience in mortgages or banking.
• Strong English communication (additional languages are an advantage)
• Confident in advisory selling, negotiation, and closing
• Target‑driven, persuasive, and client‑focused
