Your Role

As a CNC Miller, you'll manufacture highly complex precision components, prototypes, and small production batches using advanced multi-axis CNC machining centres.

You'll work independently while collaborating closely with programmers and quality engineers to continuously improve machining processes and deliver products that meet the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up and operating multi-axis CNC milling machines
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions
• Producing precision components and prototypes
• Performing in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment
• Optimising machining processes and tooling
• Managing tooling, materials, and machine planning
• Collaborating with programmers to improve machining strategies
• Identifying root causes of quality issues and contributing to continuous improvement
• Maintaining a safe, organised, and high-quality working environment

What You Bring: We're looking for professionals with:

• A technical qualification in machining, mechanical engineering, or precision manufacturing
• At least 3 years of CNC milling experience
• Experience machining high-precision components
• The ability to independently read technical engineering drawings
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Experience with Heidenhain controls is a strong advantage
• Experience operating multi-axis CNC milling machines
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good communication skills in English
• A proactive attitude and willingness to relocate
